The bathroom cupboard I ordered was just what I wanted and I was very pleased with it initially. However there was a slight problem with one of the doors. The customer service department decided a replacement was the best option as it was to a rather remote part of Scotland. I was kept in in the loop of the replacement process at all times, and I am impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, David Starr in particular, and would not hesitate to recommend the products and customer care.
