Matches are on a loop and do not refresh. I subsequently blocked them and the blocked members are now on a loop!
I am in effect paying for nothing. There is an algorithms at play and wading through it is like navigating through treacle!
As a customer the satisfaction is poor, the outcome minimal and I’m being charged £36.89 a month for the experience
