I made an order on 06/03/2024, they created the label , but they never send the goods, altough my account was credited with the amount of the order.
I can only reach them through whats'app, where they still respond and telling me that goods are stuck at customs..UPS states that label was created but nothing has been picked up by them.. did anyone had the same experience?
