After the items are returned and received they will state the items were not eligible for return.
The company will have your money and the items.
The company routed me to dispute the charge with the CC company instead of refund.
Later they will tell the bank the items were not eligible for return as is stated on their website, which is a complete lie.
The company is doing it on purpose.

“I bought luxury sneakers from Matchesfashion after they went under administration, and didn’t know about that. Figured out only after the sneakers, wore them only once appeared to have manufacture damage of not quality coloration. So I contacted Matchesfashion, filled the form and they replied they need time to contact Dunhill brand and get instructions. That looked weird, since I bought from Matchesfashion, not from Dunhill and after that they just disappear, I wrote them after 3 weeks waiting for their reply twice and they returned 0 reply. Basically this is fraudulent activity. They didn't even ask to return sneakers, so I am holding them second month in the box.
Contacted British consumer protection bureau and got no reply. I guess Matchesfashion do what British usually did robbing others. I also contacted my bank for fraudulent activity and submitted my emails to Matchesfashion and this is the only organization which opened investigation, it will take almost two months and I don’t know if I can get something back.
I wish Matchesfashion will be closed totally down. Better and as usual choose MRPorter and ENDclothing.
