I would give a negative rating as they are scamming and practicing fraudulent business practices. They are under administration, which to me in the US means this company is approaching bankruptcy. I have a large credit with them that they won't honor and "they apologize for the inconvenience". I have been reaching out to them for months. There are so many experiences listed here https://www.reddit.com/r/malefashionadvice/comments/1bdpnqc/beware_of_matches_fashion_com_as_they_are_on/. Beware and don't do business with them.
