“I've sent numerous emails not being able to purchase payment with customer credits. There are $4,000+ in my customer credit account. Is Matches a fraudulent company? What else can a customer do?”

“There is absolutely no customer service by telephone or email. I have tried to contact Matches for 2 weeks. No one answer the phone and no one answers email. Returns process is a nightmare and refunds another nightmare. A company cannot advertise that they have customer service when they have no such service. It is false advertising I have given Matches 1 star because that is the lowest option... but I would rather give is 0 stars.”

“Fraudulent! I had some issues with their website and contacted Customer Service for the return label. I was sent a return label and return forms via email AFTER they went under administration only to find out today, that I won’t get a refund or the clothes (back) I have apparently now paid for. I received 3 Customer Service emails in total, none of which stated that they won’t be able to “honor” the refund. Now they’re “terribly sorry for any inconvenience” aka stealing 600€ from me and hundreds of thousands from others. I don’t know how this is not illegal.”

“I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Placed an order with the regular return policy 14 days, 10€ return fee. Tried to book the return on the website and I couldn’t. So I wrote to the customer service and they reply with a new return policy “sorry, no returns allowed for orders placed before 8th of March”. Excuse me?!?! I sent the parcel back anyway and tell them I don’t care about their change of policy, I want my money back and I have sent the parcel. Their reply: sorry, no refund and we won’t return the parcel to you. This is a scam to me. They owe me more than 1.400€. I’ll pursue legal ways.”

“Dear Customer Service, I have made order on 25th of Feb 2024 and received it on 29th March, and I returned the items on 1th March after submitting return request successfully getting a return authorization number too. It was delivered to you on 11.03.2024. The answer is:”Unfortunately, orders placed with MATCHES prior to 8th March 2024 cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this, we sincerely apologise for any upset or inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you further.“ In my opinion it is a criminal act, and as I see they are still running the website/business. Is there any class action lawsuit in progress?”

“I made an order on 06/03/2024, they created the label , but they never send the goods, altough my account was credited with the amount of the order. I can only reach them through whats'app, where they still respond and telling me that goods are stuck at customs..UPS states that label was created but nothing has been picked up by them.. did anyone had the same experience?”

“Same as everyone else here, no refund and no return of my product. I am currently talking to my credit card company to recover my money. Match Fashion was fully aware they were going in to administration but still asked me to ret5the goods, this is pure theft from their clients.”

“I made order on 28 th of Feb and received it on 29th and returned it on 3rd of March. It was delivered to UK on 11.03.2024. Matchesfashion is not refunding me and not answering me. total scam. They sent me return labels in the first place.”

“We should also leave negative reviews at Frasers group page. They chose not to honor refunds for returns made! Same story with many others. I returns the items on the 9th March after submitting return request successfully on the 7th March. Returns reached Matches on the 12th March. Refund was refused! Customer service told me to go to my bank for help.”

“I used the buy their in the past and everything was fine. However recently I experienced something unbelievable. All of a sudden, they just wrote on the website that orders processed before 8/03/24 can’t be returned. The reason the matches is put under administration, whatever it means. The WhatsApp chat just repeats that, call Center is disabled… the paper in the package with the return instructions does state I have 14 days to do the return. Absolutely unbelievable, never ever will buy their something again. Just delete that app!!”

“Does anyone know what can be done to get the refund or the parcel back? Same story, i made a return and just received this email... im looking for for the solution to force them at least to send back the order.... its a fraud, no matter what terms they have, the returns of online orders just must be accepted within 14 days...”

“Nichts kaufen bei Matches Fashion. Seit 1 Woche nicht erreichbar. Ware kann nicht zurückgeschickt werden. Teilweise kaputt angekommen. Seit längerem emails werden teilweise gar nicht beantwortet.Verlust über 3000€. Nie wieder!”

“Shocking service !!!! Please be aware that returns work with Matches if you are lucky. I ordered for big amount and when I received the goods they were not as on website and in wrong sizes. Matches sent me return label and DHL collected the parcel and after that no goods, no money. When I contacted Matches they apologized and said they can’t return me the money or neither products. That that have administration policy and “sorry”. That’s it. No money, no products. I’m shocked!”
