This has been beyond bad customer service. It is outrageous. They have had a return of mine for 2 weeks and counting, and have continually lied to me about refunding me. Their latest stunt is to say that because I filed a dispute with paypal they are unable to refund me. LOL. If they tell you that, be warned that it is a ploy because if you drop the dispute, Matches Fashion will still not refund you and now you will have no recourse. Be careful purchasing from here, read the reviews. Hundreds of customers are out their hard earned money due to the fraudulent behaviors of this company.
