What a worst service. Customer service got nothing cloue what's going on. weeks no internet no telephone service but still have to pay the bill. Higher priority but weeks no connection. To leave the contract I have to pay. Can some one help me for legal services for loss of business for weeks. It's a scam company don't go for there service it's a nightmare. Very happy to speak to Louis and receive a call from him regarding transfer of our water to Clear Business. He comes over as very knowledgeable with clear guidance on what Clear Business has to offer. He covered all the aspects of the transfer in a friendly, polite and supportive way, checking to make sure I understood the process throughout. Genuinely happy with the call today.”
“Matches Fashion's customer service is beyond abysmal. Despite returning my item, they conveniently "lost" it and refused to provide any proof. Three attempts to seek an explanation were met with utter silence. This blatant negligence and disregard for customers are utterly disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs. “I’ve made a purchase more than two month ago. I have no parcel and I have no idea where is it. The worst thing is that matches customer support is doing absolutely nothing and not only not helping, but doing some strange thing that are not in client’s interest. After a month of my purchase I started trying to reach out matches customer support to help me with UPS. The parcel was at my country, I paid huuuuge tax (that is almost half of a price of my parcel), but I don’t know why ups was not delivering my parcel. Matches customer support did absolutely nothing and some day without even talking to me they mentioned that they asked to return my parcel (I was not asking that!). I wrote back immediately and asked not to do that. But parcel was delivered to some facility already, that was told by ups, because matches couldn’t answer me at all. They kept ignoring me and after 9-10 days they messaged that parcel was delivered (they meant to me!), this is a nightmare! So it’s been more that 2 month after the purchase, I have no parcel, no money, no help. This is like the worst experience ever. Please do not use this website, you loose your money, your nerves and get nothing”
“Ich bestelle grundsätzlcih aus zeitlichen gründen online bei verschiedenen Online-Stores im höherpreisigen Segment. Aber was ich mit MF erlebt hatte ist dreist und unverschämt habe ich noch nie erlebt. habe am 12.04 Ware in Höhe von 1500,00€ bestellt die ware erhalten aber wieder retoure geschickt. bedi Paypal gemeldet ; haben aber den Fall geschlossen da ich angeblich keinen Antrag auf Käuferschutz gestellt hätte! Bis 24.05 hing die Ware im Zoll und ich wurde vertröstet. Mittlerweile ist die Ware im Lager bei MF und ich warte auf mein Refund. Habe jetzt einen Mahnverfahren eingeleitet. I had ordered two pairs of shoes, different sizes, ended up returning them since they did not suit me.
Unfortunately someone at UPS stole the items and the box arrived empty at Matchesfashion
Despite clear evidence that the box had been opened (yes one of the edges had been completely ripped apart and the box was closed with scotch tape all arounf!) Matchesfashion refused my refund twice!
I had to make plenty of calls and send several emails challenging them so that the issue could be solved. It was a nightmare.
Take my advice, do not take a risk, order from somewhere else”

“Bought Birkenstocks with fleece lining which came off sides within a month of purchase. Contacted customer service with photos, etc. and "Cho" responded they'd get back in 72 hours. Then crickets. I reached out again. Crickets. This may be some "great" UK company, but my experience of them is they're sketchy.”

I recently returned three items to Matchesfasion and was only refunded for two. Further investigation revealed that I had forgotten to tick all three boxes of the online return form. I subsequently phoned Matchesfashion to explain that the item had indeed been in the parcel. They dragged their feet and after phoning them almost daily over a period of two weeks, they finally claimed they were conducting an investigation. Another week elapsed and I had to chase them with several more phone calls, after which Karim, their senior customer care official, finally wrote to let me know that they would NOT be refunding me. Without providing any plausible evidence that the missing item had not been returned, he unilaterally closed the case.
I have subsequently written to him twice, but he has ignored my emails.
I would like to ask Karim why he thinks someone in my economic bracket would take the time and trouble to phone daily, write no fewer than three lengthy emails to customer care and now write this review? The reason, very simply Karim, is that I feel deeply wronged and aggrieved.
I personally packed the returns parcel in question and sealed it myself. I personally returned it to DHL, who subsequently proved that they did not tamper with the parcel.
Matchesfashion believes the customer is always WRONG.
Matchesfashion steals its customers' money. Matchesfashion does not keep to its promise to refund returns.
Matchesfashion refuses to admit that the problem lies within.
I will never again shop at Matchesfashion, and I suggest you don't either”
“If you buying from an EU country, Be very carful because my latest experience is the example of bad shopping experience.
I trust Matchesfashion, it’s such a large well-established UK based online retailer. Became a Level 4 loyalty customer since 4 years ago. There were missing items in the delivery parcel and throughout about one and half month of contacting with the customer service team. I have done as much as I can, including providing all photos evidence, returning the parcel to the delivery company. I was finally told by Matchesfashion that they cannot compensate for the loss. The retailer said they had video footage for items being wrapped in the delivery box and the delivery company rejected for not being their side of responsibility either. I tried to contacted a few my local solicitors, none of them creak with this claim. I finally filed a claim with Dublin Small Claim Court with the last hope to have this resolved. However, with the Brexit, the court has responded that “the Respondent is UK based then you cannot make a claim through our services as the UK is no longer in the EU.” Warning everyone who is considering to place an order with Matchesfashion.”

“SCAMMERS. I ordered some suicoke slides,they sent them,all was going good.then something happened with ups and the package got sent back from Netherlands (I'm in greece). After reading so many negative reviews, I questioned whether I should be purchasing from MatchesFashion. The item had an unbeatable price though, so I decided to go ahead and chance it. The item was shipped very quickly. I hadn't even checked my the tracking info because I expected the wait to be much longer, and then the package arrived at my door! It was in a well-packed box and in perfect condition. “The worst service i have ever met. I bought on the 27.01.2022 TOTEME leggings, wore them several times and in several places it was sewn on the seams small white rubber bands - very bad quality for the price. I wrote MATCHESFASHION and send them photos, on the19.03.2022 they asked me to sent them the leggings. I send it and from this moment I received mail that the will repair them (I think is funny because it can't be repair). From this moment I can't connect with them. I don't know what to do.....No more words........Never happen to me such a thing

“I never leave reviews but Matchesfashion is the worst “luxury” goods online shop! I received my parcel with a delay (10 days later than expected) and the item was defective and in very bad condition. I emailed them 3 times and then they answered after days asking for photos of the defective item. Then they told me they can replace the item once I return it. The parcel didn’t even had an invoice or a return label inside and I couldn’t return it! I explained the situation AGAIN and they didn’t even answer to my emails once again ! I paid 390€ for defective sunglasses and now I cannot even return them ! My worst online experience ever !”
