"They sold clothes that you longer owned as part of their financial debacle. Bottega veneta, saint Laurent, Gucci,\u2026.all this brands have disappeared from the website. I\u2019m sure these advertisers had already withdrawn their trust from them before march 8th. Yet They had put them on sale since i bought on the website on march 7 a bottega veneta denim. That s probably why they couldn\u2019t deliver it. I didn\u2019t receive it and they refuse to refund it. They are stealing customers. FRAUD. ONLY FRAUD."

"Terrible customer service. Ordered an item on sale. Returns policy at point of purchase said could return within 14 days. Return initially approved but only said I was entitled to credit. Questioned this as I should have been entitled to refund and then customer service rep said that it was mistake and I was not entitled to any refund or credit because item was purchased from the outlet and different terms applied. It was not purchased from the outlet. Evidence not provided. This was highly misleading. Would not have purchased had I not been misled by the statement at point of sale. Totally unprofessional and illogical customer service agents."

"Very poor customer service, takes long time to get a reply and the reply is not truthful!\r\nLiar! \r\n\r\nThe customer service said they already refunded the money, but my credit card company has confirmed that the money is not received. I made the purchase on June 27th, 2023, and returned a dress. I still haven\u2019t got the refund by October 8th, 2023.\r\n \r\nDon\u2019t respect my time and experience! "If you buying from an EU country, Be very carful because my latest experience is the example of bad shopping experience.\r\nI trust Matchesfashion, it\u2019s such a large well-established UK based online retailer. Became a Level 4 loyalty customer since 4 years ago. There were missing items in the delivery parcel and throughout about one and half month of contacting with the customer service team. I have done as much as I can, including providing all photos evidence, returning the parcel to the delivery company. I was finally told by Matchesfashion that they cannot compensate for the loss. The retailer said they had video footage for items being wrapped in the delivery box and the delivery company rejected for not being their side of responsibility either. I tried to contacted a few my local solicitors, none of them creak with this claim. I finally filed a claim with Dublin Small Claim Court with the last hope to have this resolved. However, with the Brexit, the court has responded that \u201cthe Respondent is UK based then you cannot make a claim through our services as the UK is no longer in the EU.\u201d Warning everyone who is considering to place an order with Matchesfashion."

"No refund for two weeks! And they just answered we can't give any time frame for return! Means never???? Be careful!"

"SCAMMERS. I ordered some suicoke slides,they sent them,all was going good.then something happened with ups and the package got sent back from Netherlands (I'm in greece). And they sent me a \"refund\" 15 euros less than i payed. So i just got scammed. And of course they don't answer to my emails for days. I just want my slides:("
