I have been a long-time customer of this overseas site and recently purchased a diamond ring. However, when the package arrived, I found only the ring box with no ring inside. I immediately contacted customer service but have not received a response even after a week. Although I understand that the customer service has been reduced and responses may take 3-5 days, this delay is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and urge the company to address this issue promptly.
