Absolutely terrible customer service. Never received the items ordered (driver was several hours late), contacted Matches on the day and requested a refund. 10 days later, several emails (remained unanswered) and phone calls later (each concluded with a commitment by Matches to be in touch on the day with an update which never happened), I am still waiting for a refund. Apparently, if the driver did not return the items to Matches I have to pay for them??
