Terrible, ordered a t-shirt 350+ euros a week ago. Haven’t gotten an confirmation mail nor a shipping mail. Mailed them about it and they replied:
“I can confirm the order was unsuccessful.
Any funds that might appear to have been removed from your account, have simply been held as a pre-authorisation, which will be automatically reversed by your bank within the next 5-10 working days.”
What the f is this bs? How was it unsuccessful when Paypal got through? On my Paypal it literally says I paid.
