I wasn't sure what to make of this service at first because it was recommended to me after searching online. However they were great. They called like the site said they would, I gave them a picture of where the mattress was located and they came and picked it up. What I was thankful for was they called me when they had an issue with another pick up, letting me know that they were still coming and they apologized for the inconvenience. I thought that was excellent service. They also answered all my questions about the service too. I highly recommend them, they're fast, efficient and customer-oriented.
