“This company, LoadUp, was hired by a company we purchased a mattress from. LoadUp was supposed to pick up the mattress as it did not work out for us. We had scheduled the pick up to occur between noon and 4pm. We were told that he would be there at 4pm, then 730pm, then at 900pm, we were told he was going to be there "shortly". At 9:45pm, we texted the Loadup guy to tell him we were not waiting any longer and were closing our gate and going to bed. We told him we would have to reschedule. We informed the Loadup dispatcher as well. Sometime after 10:10PM, the Loadup employee illegally entered our property, either forcing himself through the gate or climbing our fence, and removed the mattress from our porch. We awoke the next morning to a text message from Loadup telling us our pickup was complete. I reported this to load up personnel and did receive a call from a representative there. They apologized profusely. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with that. Their employee trespassed our property. I do not recommend this company. If I could give zero stars, I would.”

“Purchased a pick up time of 8am to 12 pm. They contacted me at 9:30 the day of pick up and said they couldn't do that and anted to move to 12-4. Then 1:30 they said they couldn't do that and wanted to move to evening. At which point I demanded refund. They would only give partial refund. BUYER BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!”

“This process was so simple. I always expect some sort of annoyance - lol- but I scheduled online and got an email telling me when he would come- And he DID! Mike and his helper were accommodating, helpful, and so careful with my home! I will use them again and I will tell friends!”

“No phone call ahead of time like I was told there would be. Just a message saying here. Didn’t answer the phone when I called so I rushed home and they took the item and left before I got there.”

“Service was prompt and proper. I received early in the morning a phone call appraising me of the time my mattress and topper would be picked up. Arrivasl was again pre-announced thus making the pick up simple and smooth.”
