“I contacted Mattress-Disposal + through the website and completed everything online. They were out promptly the next day to pickup the old boxspring I needed disposed. Very easy process. They sent me emails and text updates throughout, and there is even an online tracker to let you know where things are at. I would use them again.”

“Eliot was very helpful. I called him in the morning and asked if he could come earlier as I already had other plans scheduled. My mattress was scheduled to be picked up from 12-4:00 PM. He came at 10:15. I appreciated his early arrival.”

“I booked a window of 12pm to 4pm. I got a text in the morning stating the eta was 1pm to 2pm. 2:11pm i get a text asking me to confirm a 3pm to 4pm eta. I accept since it since its still in the window. 4pm rolls around. I get another text saying the eta was 4pm to 5pm. Outside of the 4 hour window I had set aside for them. 4:40pm rolls by and the app still doesnt state theyre even en route yet. I have put most of my day off work into waiting. I left them at the end of the curb for a swift pickup only to be sitting 5+ hours without a proper update outside of delaying it another hour. After 5pm. Still no one. No update.”

“Great job. Hottest day of the year, my mattress was moved down two sets of stairs without an issue at all. Put in the truck and moved out of my neighborhood . . Thank you so much for your hard work. Much appreciated.”

“Customer service was terrible! They rescheduled twice just to remove a mattress.. I had to change my appointments and work just to accommodate them not the other way around. The time we know that they were supposed to be here was 8 AM to 12 PM. They arrive at 3:30 PM. I would never recommend them”
