We were quickly scheduled for a mattress pick up for a time between 8am and noon. Unfortunately by 1 pm still no p/u. The person supposed to p/u was also unavailable by the phone number provided us. We called customer service and since they could not reach him scheduled us with another driver for between 4 and 8pm. That person came and p/u around dinner. Next day, the original person just showed up around 7 pm. Not as professional as I expected for the amount paid.

Showed up 4.5 hrs late. I had to call to find out why they were late.

Pickup was a day late, it got rained on. I had to call to get a status. Wasn't proactive.

Got the job done. However, did not show up during the designated time window and didn’t call to notify. I Then showed up at the wrong house. The guys were nice and courteous

My mattress was removed with no issue. The only problem I had was that I was given a window of 8-12:00 and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Finally at 11:45, I reached out to them to find out what was up. They arrived about 12:25. Some better communication would have been nice.

They did take all the items I requested. However, they were supposed to arrive between 8am-12pm. A little after 11am, I called to see what the ETA would be since I'd been waiting around for 3 hours already. The representative on the phone put me on hold to check. Then she said the drivers were having staffing issues and could be there between 2p-230pm...so basically I waiting all day wasting time. I asked if anyone was going to let me know this and she said the driver was supposed to be making calls to all pickups...I didn't get one. Thankfully I called. I'm glad to have the items removed from my place, but what a waste of a day and how unprofessional and rude to just not show up between the FOUR hours you told me you'd be there, and not call to tell me it would still be another few hours before you might arrive.

Hello Mashaud and Thank you for the feedback on your pickup! We do our best to time our pickups to meet the 4 hour window and for 99% we meet that window. However, unfortunately there are outside unforeseen issues that can impact our timelines, such as traffic, weather, mechanical issue or staffing issues. While they represent less than 1% of our pickups, we do recognize they result in a negative experience and we cannot apologize enough for that. After canceling two appointments, Mattress Disposal finally came to pick up my mattress and box spring that I placed outside since I wasn't home. A little annoyed about the inconvenience, but it all worked out.

The other guy got sick, so I had to help him load the mattress and springs onto his truck. Other than that, all good.

I made the appointment, took time off work, and they were unable to show. I made a second appointment and they were unable to show. Finally they made it on the 3rd appointment. The two men were very courteous and respectful. Minus 2 stars for the 2 missed appointments.

King bed, including headboard, frame, and mattresses had been previously moved by family into the garage for pick up. Only one person arrived for removal and was unaware that items for removal were king-sized. Customer feels that if items had not been moved to the garage that there likely could have been some damage to walls done with only having one person available for removal. Employee was kind and courteous.

The contracted disposal firm was late in arrival. Upon arrival they were in an old pick-up truck and the personnel were rough and sloppy in appearance. An untitled receipt identifying the items that were disposed of was provided; in fact we have no idea who the contractor was that proved the service. The experience was unsettling and I questioned in my mind who was really benefitting from the $100 and whether the mattresses were really going to be recycled or just taken to the dump. I was glad that my husband was home when the service was performed and receipt delivered to the front door.

We do our very best to provide an excellent service that is hassle-free and eco-friendly for our customers and I completely understand your hesitation. We do utilize smaller haulers in certain areas but expect a certain level of professionalism that was clearly not met in your case. I would like to let you know that we have spoken with the driver manager in the area and he will be addressing this with the team that completed your pickup asap. We do our very best to dispose of every item we take in the most eco-friendly way possible in each area we service. We utilize many different resources in order to accomplish this. Recycling and donation are only two outlets we use to help our environment. I will also have our customer support team send you a better receipt for your pickup. Again, I would like to thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are not able to maintain the level of service we expect without valuable feedback such as this. The truck driver arrived promptly, was very nice and helpful. The reason for the "acceptable" rating is: -He was alone, so had no extra help -The truck was already full of mattresses, so ours had to be stacked on top -We thought there was no way he could lift our king-size mattress to the top of the truck, so my husband volunteered to help. -My husband ended up hurting his back (it is fine now, but lasted a week) trying to get that huge mattress up on the truck. Seems that two people should have arrived to move the mattress. I would definitely hire Mattress Disposal Plus again, but would not be volunteering to help!

The pickup was after 8:00 p.m. which was not a problem but it was later than advertised. No issues with pickup, they were professional and efficient. Mostly I'm not happy with pricing. I had a king-size mattress and two-piece box springs, for which they wanted to charge for 3 pieces. The box spring is the same size as the mattress and that didn't make sense to me so I decided to keep the box springs to throw out at the next bulky item collection day. I think their site could be more clear about "box spring not included with mattress" or something to that effect. I also think that a two-piece box spring should count as one item for collection.

I'm a little annoyed that I had to help carry my items out of the building and across the street since at that point I might as well have just removed them myself but I care more about the disposal part than the removal so I'm just glad they're gone.

Support is a little hard to reach as phone line was kept on busying out. However I left a message and 2 hrs later got a call back from them, form this point on, they were super helpful in finding out the status of the pickup driver. The pickup driver was quite courteous, they couldn't make it on time, and will have to be 30 mins late. It's a little unfortunate, but in the end, they got the job done. Thanks!

Everything went well, except the pickup was 2 hours later than the time window I scheduled. I scheduled 8am to 12 pm, and they came at 2 pm.
