“Collection guys were helpful and efficient. Wasn’t happy that my one bed ended up as 3 items because base was in two parts.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. Our pricing is based on individual item count, meaning a mattress and box springs is actually counted as 2 items. We are currently working on a new booking system to make this easier and clearer for our customers. I do apologize for the confusion and thank you for choosing MDP!

“Once they arrived, things went smoothly. However, we made an appointment for Monday between 4-8PM. I left work to be home by 3:40PM and received a call from the regional manager stating they made a mistake and would not be in our area on Monday. Not sure why, when we booked this days before, someone didn't alert us well before. Then he promised they would be out by 8AM the next day. The next morning, the drivers called to say they would not be there until around 9AM which we could not accommodate as my husband was on an international conference call from 9-10AM or so. He then asked them to come out around 10:30AM (I believe) and they did arrive and all went well from there.”

“The appointment was made for NYE with a window from 4-8 pm which was all that was available. We requested for earlier pickup and it was accommodated by the driver who happened to be in our area and reached out to us on his own. Thanks for the help! Andy”

“Really easy, convenient service to get rid of a large mattress - service was just as stated on the web site. The company called a day ahead to remind of the appointment and approximate time. The pick up crew called shortly before arriving and then simply carried the mattress out. Glad that the item will be recycled rather than just taken to the landfill. Fee was reasonable to me for the convenience and result.”
