Once they arrived, things went smoothly. However, we made an appointment for Monday between 4-8PM. I left work to be home by 3:40PM and received a call from the regional manager stating they made a mistake and would not be in our area on Monday. Not sure why, when we booked this days before, someone didn't alert us well before. Then he promised they would be out by 8AM the next day. The next morning, the drivers called to say they would not be there until around 9AM which we could not accommodate as my husband was on an international conference call from 9-10AM or so. He then asked them to come out around 10:30AM (I believe) and they did arrive and all went well from there.
