Really easy, convenient service to get rid of a large mattress - service was just as stated on the web site. The company called a day ahead to remind of the appointment and approximate time. The pick up crew called shortly before arriving and then simply carried the mattress out. Glad that the item will be recycled rather than just taken to the landfill. Fee was reasonable to me for the convenience and result.
