Set up online was fine. I was moving out of an apartment to our new home in another state. I flew in from out of town to turn in my keys and final walk thru before I was going to fly back to my new home. The pickup was Friday 9 AM to Noon and my walk thru was noon. It had been raining in the AM a little and by 10:30 I received a text saying due to the rain they would need to reschedule for another day? I texted back and said I needed it out by noon. He did show up before noon and I helped carry the items out. Unless I missed something, I did not see anywhere where the service would be rescheduled due to weather? It ended up ok, but I was in a bit of a panic for until they showed and left with the item.

Mattress Disposal Plus was on time and communicated clearly on their pick up scheduled. However- it was a little confusing as to what was being recycled. It turns out we could have hauled our mattress and box springs to the dump ourselves in our trailer for a lot less than they charged . Their website gave me the impression they were taking the mattress to come special recycling center. They just took it to the dump.

We utilize recycling and donation as well as other means to keep these items out of the landfill. They showed up on time, but were not in uniforms and drove an old rusted van. One of the guys was friendly, but the other seemed like he was just annoyed with working. They did the job and was glad to have it done. But, not the professional experience I had anticipated.

We do use smaller haulers to complete pickups and sometimes a smaller pickup truck is used rather than a box truck, depending on the size of the job. We do expect our drivers to be professional and courteous when they are on site, however, and we will be addressing this with the team that completed your pickup. We are not able to maintain our standard of excellence without valuable feedback such as this and I want to again thank you for reaching out. Your website sucks. You don't have franchise I used. It was difficult to navigate . But glad my mattresses are gone. The couple who showed up we at least pleasant.

The price was right--lowest amount we'd seen quoted after checking with 6 or 7 other companies. We were told a timeframe of between 8 a.m. and noon, during which time my boyfriend and I moved from our separate apartments into one. Noon came and went; they finally showed up about 12:30 and the process was complete by 1 p.m. It was super disappointing they couldn't show up as promised, especially since it was a very generous four-hour window. Added another layer of stress to an already exhausting morning.

Nice guys, they were right on time. I was paying for removal of 6 pieces and they showed in a van. I said they could use our dumpster to put one piece in and they put 2. Thank goodness because I don’t know how else they could have removed everything

Company routed a vehicle from the Last Jolla area to pickup my load in the South Bay. Driver called at 1130 to tell me he was on his way for a noon pickup appt. 5 minutes later called to tell me his trailer had a flat and did I want to reschedule...seriously. waited until 1410 for my noon appt. Good thing mattresses are gone.

The guys showed up in a Cadillac Escalade pulling a trailer hauling lawn mowing equipment. There was nothing on their vehicle/trailer that said Mattress Disposal Plus. Their clothes did not indicate they were with Mattress Disposal Plus either. My wife got home when they were carrying the mattress out of the house, the babysitter was at home alone with our 6 month old, and was scared because she did not know who was at the house. That said, they did remove the mattress and box spring without issue and placed it on their trailer with the lawn mowers. Wow.

Honestly, I am giving the review more than one star because the two men who picked up the furniture were very nice to me. Other than that, the rest of the experience was mediocre at best. First, I called the day before the delivery to state that I had one less item for pick up. When I asked for a refund of one item (I paid for two), the customer service agent said that one item would actually be $5 more than two items so she is actually willing to allow my payment to stand. That seems like some illogical mathematics to me and even she seemed unsure about what she was saying. Nevertheless, I continued with the service. On the day of the pick up, I was given a time block of 8AM–12PM. Lucky for me, I wasn’t waiting around for the pick up because no one arrived until 12:10PM. When they arrived at the apartment, they did not have any power tools, despite the fact that your website states that they are fully equipped with the power tools for disassembly. They also stated that they never know when they have a disassembly job so, while they were kind, they seemed very displeased with having to disassemble my couch, despite my payment for disassembly. The whole experience overall made me wish I never paid for this service. I thought it would provide relief while I was moving but, instead, it was a waste of time, inefficient, and seemed pretty sleazy to me. I hope that my experience is merely an anomaly.

Our drivers do call when they are en route in order to confirm the customer and items are there and ready. This helps to cut down on missed pickups, and avoid any additional charges for attempts. Thanks for taking the mattress off my hands. My hope it would be reused or recycled but the team who picked it up couldnt say for sure. Driver smelled of cigarette smoke and they were about 20 minutes later than theirs warning call indicated but they were polite and careful during removal.

Although the girl driving the truck was very polite, I expected a more professional looking crew with a professional moving van...not a beat-up truck hauling a trailer with mattresses piled high, not only on the trailer, but on top of the truck.
