“Thank you very much. Aside from the initial web scheduler mix up that allowed me to schedule for Monday - when you don't perform pickups - everything went great! “This was a wonderful service! We have been looking for a mattress disposal company for a long time and found nothing that was a reasonable price. I couldn't believe the cost here! It was great and the guys that came to get my mattress and box springs were super quick. Thank you so much!”

“The service was quick and efficient which I appreciated. My only suggestion is to more clearly explain on your website what a "mattress set" includes. I requested a mattress set pickup assuming that meant the mattress and box spring with 2 additional items to be picked up as well. The person who confirmed the delivery time said that that was correct but when they arrived at my house, they were only expecting 3 items total. I explained my confusion about the word "set" implying it was 2 pieces so I 4 items total and that the gentleman I had spoke with confirmed it was fine so they took all 4 items. I will definitely recommend.”

“The reason for not giving 5 stars is that, even though you gave a 4-hr window, the people still came late... I had a cleaning service and a locksmith coming on the same day both with a 2-hr window.. I understand that things can get busy for you, but a courtesy call to inform me of a delay would have been greatly appreciated. Nevertheless, thanks for your service, and I hope to do business again with you in the near future.”

“This past week I had your team pick up a queen mattress and box springs. The two men who arrived were professional , pleasant and extremely quick. It is a great service available , living in a city it would be unbelievably difficult to dispose of these items. Thanks”

“This is a fantastic service and I'm happy that someone is helping to keep mattresses and such out of our landfills. The website is well-designed, informative and easy to navigate. The people at the customer service number were friendly and helpful. The delivery personnel, however, showed up 1 1/2 hours after the 4 hour time window given and were rude at best when they did show up. The scheduled window was 8am - 12 pm. At 1pm, I called to inquire as to whether they were in fact coming. They then showed up at 1:30pm looking and acting exceedingly put out. I'm not sure if my having called got them an ear full or if that's just how they are, but they were rude and unfriendly despite the fact that I was not upset, that I made no mention of their lateness and was being quite courteous with them. The two took the furniture away curtly, had me sign that they had not damaged the home in any way and then left tearing out of my gravel driveway overly fast. Overall, the service is still a needed and wanted service and the job did get done. I will still be recommending the service to others. And who knows... maybe the two fellows I encountered were just having a bad day. We've certainly all been there.”
