“Wayne was very nice. He came in a pickup truck. He brought another man with him. They had a hard time getting the mattress out of the house, as it is extremely heavy. They slid it across the floor through the house and then down the front stairs. There is an electric lift on the truck. When loading the mattress, it got caught in the lift and ripped the back part of the mattress. I don`t know what happens to the mattresses after they get picked up, but it was disheartening to see something we took exceptional care for and so expensive, now dirty and ripped. I feel bad because it was such a good mattress, it was just too firm for our preference. The guys were friendly, the one smelled like cigarette smoke.”

“The people who actually picked up our mattress were efficient, though arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule. I attempted to pay them extra to have a door that had just been removed also taken, and while they were willing, they could not obtain clearance from their phone contacts. The phone people were nice, but there was a great deal of confusion and at least 10 emails re the same subject of confirmation, I guess because the company is in the midst of some changes. I also wanted confirmation that the mattress was headed to recycling, and that was not provided because they said they are nationwide, and every state is different.”

“Super nice guy. Very professional. But I think it should be a 2 man job. I helped him load a little.”

“Not exactly sure my mattress was recycled. Two people came in a pickup truck and hauled it off and could have just as easily taken it to a landfill for all I know. Pretty disappointed.”
