Honestly this place overcharges like crazy. I needed a bed, box spring, and mattress taken away. I was told on the phone my bed is technically 3 pieces of furniture as it has a frame, headboard, and footboard. Cancelled my order, found a local company that takes it all away to a donation center for $75 flat fee and gives a specific pick up time instead of a window.
