“My window was 8-12. I called office at noon to see what was going on. The office had my driver call me. Truck problems. Said he’d be at my house at 4. Called again with delay. Came around 6pm. Once he arrived, he was most pleasant, apologetic, and professional. His helper had left since the truck had issues. My husband assisted in getting the items in the truck. All in all, mission accomplished.”

“I am so glad this company came through and picked up our mattress. It took about 8 days after scheduling and we kept getting notifications that their were delays and it was rescheduled. I emailed them and they said there were not many loafers in our area. But they came through for us! Service was great and friendly personal!! Thanks so much !”

“Service was great but I didn’t like how Scheduling locked me in with one accepted date for service and then changed it without my input or an option to opt-out (without forfeiting money). If I had needed an item gone on the specified date but Mattress Disposal Plus couldn’t keep that date, I should be allowed to cancel without loss of funds so I could go to another service provider.”

“Mattress pick up was easy and smooth. However I didn't get a paper receipt or one emailed to me so that I could upload it to Puffy to get my money back for the mattress that was donated.”

“Received a confirmation call the night prior. Contacted prior to arrival. Arrived during scheduled window. Did not arrive in a marked vehicle or wearing anything that identified them as being with the company. Explained location of furniture over the phone for no contact delivery, Easy to set up.”
