“The driver called to let me know he was on his way. Got lost somehow but no big deal. Picked up the mattress and gave me a receipt. I was given credit for the pickup right away after sending a copy of the receipt. Good job!”

“Easy to coordinate and reasonably priced. Expected a pickup window starting at 8am and a warning a half hour prior to pickup. Instead I got a 10 minute warning for a 7:40 pickup, certainly not unmanageable, but could've been better.”

We do try our best to give our customer's at least a 30 min call ahead, but unfortunately, that is not always possible. “This service was very easy. Once they arrived they were in and out of my apartment within seconds. My only complaint is the fact that I had requested a pick-up time between 12pm-4pm. I received a call around 3:30pm informing me that they would not arrive till 4:30-5:30. You pay $10 more to have the set time frame, so I was a little disappointed. I also ran into an issue on their web page. I typed in my address, but it auto filled it in, so I corrected it. However, it autofilled the second time as well, which ended up being an issue when they came to retrieve my item, given that they were no where near where I live. Over all, I would recommend, but would probably do an early morning pickup time to avoid having the time moved on me again.”

“I had an old mattress...and now I don’t! There was a small hiccup with my pre-arranged pick up time but it was picked up on the day agreed upon.”

“The scheduling, payment and actual pickup and removal of my items went very well. My only problem was that I had the morning 8-12am window and the pickup did not occur until after 1pm, so I was waiting the entire time. The did call me about 11am to tell me they were going to be late. Other than that inconvenience, it was all worth it and I would recommend it.”

“Everything went exactly as was described and expected, the Pick up people were helpful and very quick. It was very helpful that they are willing to arrive at your front door to pick up the mattress.”

“Quick and easy, Would give 5 stars, but $100 to pick up a mattress that's outside , waiting by the curb seems a lot. But they were the cheapest, and easy to set up”

“Convenient pick up service. Reasonably Priced. The online scheduling wasn't correct...It ended up being a week later, before they picked up...however they DID call immediately and re-schedule. They were on top of keeping me informed and did end up picking up the mattresses on the day we discussed. Overall, very satisfied!”
