The pickup was well coordinated, and the people provided information as the pickup neared. The truck arrived early and the pickup went smoothly.

Very quickly and professional drivers/pick-up crew. The only thing I wish is they could drive up my driveway versus having to walk down a large hill to bring my couch to the road.

The website is intuitive and easy to use and the price is fair. However, the driver was late and didn’t call to let me know and I had to call dispatch. Once they arrived they completed the job in less than five minutes.

Was polite and also called when the time didn’t work to reschedule for the end of the day. Maybe could have brought a second person along to help load but not a big deal. Overall happy.

We do require that our Loaders bring along a helper, but sometimes schedules create obstacles. On-time and great service. We appreciate the help disposing of our bed. Hopefully, either the bed itself or parts of it will be recycled.

Communications were not great this time. We were told 8:30 to Noon. After driving half-way to our destination, we got a call that they would not arrive until much later in the morning. Would have been nice to know that sooner. Then that time was not met. We also got an email that they had picked up our item but it was set for a time in the future, So we did not know if it had been picked up or not. Had to wait on the phone to find out. So all-in-all, the pick up was on time, but the confusion added a lot of stress to an already busy day.

Did the job but came way after they were supposed to. Supposed to come between 2-4 but came at 7. I understand running behind but an email or text letting me know would’ve been nice

The guys let me know they were on their way and were quick and efficient with the sofa removal. They were careful mot to bang my door jambs. I’d recommend this removal process.

The guys arrived on time and were very professional in removing the old furniture. The only downside is that they did not come in a branded van or branded uniforms or shirts. I would imagine that many people might feel uncomfortable letting the movers in, thinking instead it might be some kind of scam. Perhaps it should be made more clear on the website that the movers will be dressed in street clothes and may be in an unmarked van.
