“Was easy to schedule. Many confirmation notices; issued a paid and pick receipt timely. Only thing is driver told me he would be there by 6:00 and didn’t come until 8:00. Pick up window was 4-8pm, just wish he would have said he would call when on his way.”

“Good service. Was a bit of confusion on time that the truck was arriving, I had to drag my mattress components up and down stairs twice because of it, but it was mostly only a problem because I live in an apartment and couldn't leave the stuff on the lawn. Overall very satisfied, worth the money for sure.”

“Unfortunately our pickup was very late. However once they arrived they were very professional and polite. Overall I would recommend this service.....just be careful if you have a tight schedule”

“The service was good and the employee was very friendly and nice. I just thought it was irresponsible of the employer to send one individual to pick up furniture that clearly needed to be handled by 2 people. I paid to have the furniture removed, not to assist in carrying it out because the employee couldn’t do it himself. I paid for this service because I have a bad back, but couldn’t let the employee do this alone. The employer really needs to be more considerate of their employees and realize that they are expecting customers to help move things they are paying good money to have removed.”

“the only reason i don't give them 5 stars is because they were 4 hours late. But stuff happens in life, and the driver was courteous and did get it done.”

“It's great to have such a service but for the cost they should have the driver come with a helper to collect things like a king size mattress as the owner shouldn't have to help when paying this much to have it removed.”

We do require our drivers have helpers with them and we do not expect the customers to do any of the work at all. I want you to know that we are no longer using the driver that completed your pickup. “The two-person crew called to alert me they were on the way. They arrived just a few minutes past their 8 am - 12 noon window, picked up the mattress and box springs, and went on their way. The agreed-upon charge was made to my credit card.”
