“scheduled time of pickup was 4-8pm, a pretty generous window. Received a call at 10:13am from driver saying he would arrive in a half-hour. Not very convenient for customer to be so off of your timeframes.”

“I was told an 8a to 12nn window for pick up and the guy arrived at 8:30a. He came in alone but he was courteous and fast to take out my queen-sized mattress. I also like how you guys were straight forward with your pricing. I prefer managed expectations and not with surprising hidden charges. It was over-all a pleasant experience. Thank you.”

“Yes, Please... Thank you for your service the team came in , they were efficient and fast. I like the way they handled my request...Brandon sent me a text in the morning and making sure of the items that needed to be removed. I sent him the picture of the items to facilitate the removal and it was helpful. He knew what to expect and he brought the correct tools. I had a metal bedframe that needed to be disassembled and I was concerned not being able to describe what was needed so I sent him pictures of the bedframe, sofa, and bed cart. Everything was great from the time I phoned the office to schedule the pick up....the young lady, the company representative was very patient with me. I was very stressed I was moving and things get a bit frazzled. But all went Well! If I need the service I will use the company again. Thank You!!”

“Very, very, very disorganised. I was never given an order number, which was asked of me every time I called to check on the status of my order. And I had to call many times as my order could not be found. Then the wrong tryck was sent and was too small to pick up my 5 mattresses (mistake in the dispatching). Then the truck showed up late...but eventually diid. Despite this, the staff on the phone stayed very pleasant and helpful, and pick-ip men were very efficient and diligent.”

“Pick up time was not what was originally scheduled. Had a 8-12 pick up scheduled and received confirmation e-mail. On day of pick up called around 11:40 after had not received a call for pick up and was told I would receive a call from local contractor. Local contractor called pack promptly and informed me that pick up had been scheduled from 1-4:30 and not from 8-12 as I had requested and as e-mail had confirmed. Otherwise, was happy with pick-up & customer service.”

“Local contractor showed up late despite a wide 4 hour window. I had to call mattress disposal twice and they couldn't help me because it's the local contractor's fault. They couldn't give me contact information of the contractor. They did the job after over 5 hours of wait...”

“The gentlemen who picked up my mattress as well as the dispatcher who called ahead to let me know they were on their way were all professional and courteous. It is so great to have a means of disposing of a mattress other than simply putting it out with the trash. My hope is that my old mattress will be deemed worthy of donation but if it is not, I'm glad to know it will be recycled rather than dumped in some landfill. Yours is a necessary and much appreciated service. I wish you much success! P.S. I was also THRILLED that your service was available on Saturday! Thank you!! í ?í¸Š”

“The pickup guys were very nice and polite, but the logistics management was not good. I had very clearly specified in the comments while booking the pickup that my building does not allow pickups before 9 am. However the delivery guys showed up at 7:30 am. It caused a lot of stress as I had to coordinate between the building and pickup guys at a very busy time in the morning. On top of that when I tried calling you guys, the number went on voicemail. It caused a lot of stress for me and my family. After that when we finally started the pickup at 9:00 am I found out that the certificate of insurance had not been sent to my building. I had very clearly specified in the instructions that the building requires it. Also I could never reach anyone on phone to try and confirm if they had sent the certificate or not. I had to plead my building staff to allow the pickup. Overall the experience left me with a very sour feeling and I hope you will address these issues in future.”

“Pro: * They were professional * After bit of confusion (see below), they did their job and fulfilled my order Cons: * They came 1/2 hour late; I had to call to find out if they were coming or not * They were convinced they only took away mattresses, despite website offering furniture removal service through their website. They did remove all items I had paid for after I showed them my order that included furniture order.”
