Pick up time was not what was originally scheduled. Had a 8-12 pick up scheduled and received confirmation e-mail. On day of pick up called around 11:40 after had not received a call for pick up and was told I would receive a call from local contractor. Local contractor called pack promptly and informed me that pick up had been scheduled from 1-4:30 and not from 8-12 as I had requested and as e-mail had confirmed. Otherwise, was happy with pick-up & customer service.
