“I was impressed by the professionalism of the men that came to pick up our mattress and box spring. They were great! It took very little time for them to get the items out of my house. There was only one small problem. I was told that I would receive a phone call thirty minutes before they arrived, but that did not happen. Other than that, I would definitely recommend your service to others. Nancy Doyle”

“We were very pleased with your service and felt it was worth the price we paid. Demetra kept us well informed on the arrival time of the pick-up team and the team arrived on time. The pick-up team (Fisher and Sanders) worked quickly and efficiently in removing the mattress pieces scheduled to be picked-up. They also showed great care while removing items from the house, as to cause no damage. We will be telling our friends about your service and I have book marked your website.”

“The removal part from the home was great but seemed to be a bit of miscommunication between the movers and dispatch. We called to reschedule and were told it was moved, but then the movers showed up at their original time anyway - luckily someone was home. Also, that original time was not the time we had chosen. Again, all in all everything was fine.”

“I set up an appointment with only 2 days notice. While my time scheduled was noon-4pm, I received a calm at 8:30 a.m. the morning of the pickup and was informed they would be at my home in approximately 30 minutes. While this actually worked for me, if I was not at home it would have been an inconvenience. As it was, it worked out. Friendly, efficient pickup. Terrific experience.”
