The removal part from the home was great but seemed to be a bit of miscommunication between the movers and dispatch. We called to reschedule and were told it was moved, but then the movers showed up at their original time anyway - luckily someone was home. Also, that original time was not the time we had chosen.
Again, all in all everything was fine.
