I set up an appointment with only 2 days notice. While my time scheduled was noon-4pm, I received a calm at 8:30 a.m. the morning of the pickup and was informed they would be at my home in approximately 30 minutes. While this actually worked for me, if I was not at home it would have been an inconvenience. As it was, it worked out. Friendly, efficient pickup. Terrific experience.
