“The guys were fast and you don`t have to lift a finger in loading, but the four hour window of wait time is too long. I think there`s a better way to shorten the time frame of costumer`s wait time.”

“Tom was quick and professional during the load up of my old mattresses, however he was late by 1.5hrs due to finalizing other work orders. I`m not sure if this was his fault or his manager`s failure to plan appropriately.”

“I booked these guys since they had by far the lowest price out of the options I had here in New York. Was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews on Yelp, but my pickup arrived right at the beginning of my specified window, had ample communication and the pickup was done within 20 mins. It seems they outsource to third parties since my pickup arrived in a personal van, so don't expect white glove treatment, but as far as a combination of service and price you can't beat this offering.”

“Christian was very nice, curtious, and on time. He was alone without an assistant and it was difficult for him to remove the king sized mattress but he got the job done! I would be happy to use his services again in the future.”
