I booked these guys since they had by far the lowest price out of the options I had here in New York. Was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews on Yelp, but my pickup arrived right at the beginning of my specified window, had ample communication and the pickup was done within 20 mins. It seems they outsource to third parties since my pickup arrived in a personal van, so don't expect white glove treatment, but as far as a combination of service and price you can't beat this offering.
