No phone call ahead of time like I was told there would be. Just a message saying here. Didn’t answer the phone when I called so I rushed home and they took the item and left before I got there.

The guy who picked up our couch, tried to rip us off. The furniture store, Furniture and beauty Xpress out of Canton, where we got the couch was asked to come and pick up the couch. The pick-up guy said “If you pay me $200, I’ll take it off of your credit”. Of course, we didn’t because it was supposed to be taken off anyway. We are young newlyweds & feel we were being taken advantage of. Don’t let it happen to you.

I’m not sure how to review this service because it lasted over 2 days when it should’ve been one easy pick up. I initially scheduled for Saturday between the hours of 8a-12p. The loader never showed. I tried calling him with the number that was given and no response. I tried reaching out to Load Up but the numbers, emails, and texts messages kept going in circles. I could not speak to anyone! Then I finally got in contact with someone. They told me they were sorry and they would schedule someone else between 6p-7p. This was very inconvenient as I was in the process of moving and needed the mattress gone asap. Then I received a phone call saying this loader couldn’t make it and could I change the loading date for the next day which was even more inconvenient. However the young men who did show up on the second day was professional and on time. They moved my mattress and box spring without any problems. I give them 5 stars but the overall service of the company was not good in my experience.

Purgatory is the bet way to describe their appointment service. I called 3 times and waited 15 minutes each time to try and have someone answer the phone. However, I was put into a never ending loop of a recorded message asking me to “hold on” we’ll be with you in a moment.” If I could give zero stars for their appointment service that would be too much. Don’t waste your time call 1800 got junk. That group has their act together.

Scheduling the pickup was easy but i had did a pick up for 12-4. Once i received a email asking what time he will be there he said next couple of hours. It’s past 2 hours past by and didn’t hear from the driver i called him no answer i texted and 30 mins later he said he will pick it up in the next 45 mins. but he didn’t come til an hour later. I wasted my whole afternoon waiting for someone to come but they came out of the timeframe. If it was communicated that he was running behind i wouldn’t be mad.

Acted like they had never moved a mattress and box spring before. They had no idea how to get it down my stairs and nearly damaged my railing in the process! I had to coach them through the entire process to avoid them damaging my home, and then they left dirt on my carpet and up and down my stairs from their dirty boots! They looked and behaved extremely unprofessional. Needless to say I will never recommend or use your company again!👎

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I cannot stress this enough. They will cancel your “pickup” at least 2-3 times before arriving. At that point, I had already moved it. When I tried to cancel, no refund was provided. This company is a SCAM; I firmly believe it is just a pyramid scheme. STAY AWAY!!!! It is also impossible to get in touch with a real person, only robots.

Called to schedule pick up and was told it would happen in the next day. My husband and daughter stayed home all day 8 AM to 8 PM with no contact and no mattress pick up. Spoke to them again and told he would be coming that night. Still never showed up . I asked to cancel and get my money back since they charge upfront –no wonder why. Or that it be picked up and I get offered a discount for the inconvenience. They ignored that email and mattress got picked up the next day. No discount.

They could not come within the 4 hour window they gave. I still do not even have an ETA. Will they even pick up my mattress, or did I just give them $120 for nothing?

Seriously horrible service made an appointment only to be told two days ahead of ur date they have no movers really had to take off work to be home then they can’t give u a definite answer on when they can come back out great job !!!they can set a spot but only knw one day prior if they can even be there

I had a cheaper quote but selected this company as they had a sooner opening. However, they left half of the box spring behind for me to figure out how to recycle.

At least in the Seattle area, they use contractors. The mover showed up with no mask and I had to give him a mask, but he only wore it below his nose. When asked to cover his nose with the mask, he did but then lowered it almost immediately afterwards. I live in a building with elderly people and his refusal to take COVID precautions is inexcusable. I scheduled pick up between 8-12. When I called the mover to see when he would come, his phone was off. When I called the company, they couldn’t get ahold of him either. He ended up arriving 30 minutes beyond my 4 hour window with no courtesy call. He rushed through the moving, bumping some furniture and almost breaking one of my lamps. I would give 0 stars if I could. When I called Mattress Disposal Plus, they said that would have a manager call me later that day. 24+ hours later and no one has been in contact with me

Terrible, unreliable service. Timing windows given are meaningless. Took three days and 15 hrs. to get one mattress picked up. One guy finally came with a van and really struggled to put a cal king mattress on top. At one point during the process we were asked to “help” by bringing our mattress to the front of the house....preposterous request since we are an elderly couple and my husband has terminal cancer! Horrible experience except for the kind girl in Atlanta who tried to help by phone but her fellow employees really let her down.

the loadup drivers showed up reeking if marijuana and tracked dirt throughout my house. and then probably because of the obvious drug use that had happened shortly before entering my home, they attempted to carry the frame out without properly dis-assembling it so that pieces continued to fall off and 1) wake my sleeping 5 month old 2) leave major chips in the freshly painted walls and 3) knock multiple picture frames off the walls, two of which are broken. they also left pieces of the mattress frame laying in my front lawn when they left. I did everything that i could to facilitate a smooth pickup and understand that moving big pieces of furniture will never be seemless but this was outrageous.
