* They were professional
* After bit of confusion (see below), they did their job and fulfilled my order
Cons:
* They came 1/2 hour late; I had to call to find out if they were coming or not
* They were convinced they only took away mattresses, despite website offering furniture removal service through their website. They did remove all items I had paid for after I showed them my order that included furniture order.
