The pickup guys were very nice and polite, but the logistics management was not good. I had very clearly specified in the comments while booking the pickup that my building does not allow pickups before 9 am. However the delivery guys showed up at 7:30 am. It caused a lot of stress as I had to coordinate between the building and pickup guys at a very busy time in the morning. On top of that when I tried calling you guys, the number went on voicemail. It caused a lot of stress for me and my family. After that when we finally started the pickup at 9:00 am I found out that the certificate of insurance had not been sent to my building. I had very clearly specified in the instructions that the building requires it. Also I could never reach anyone on phone to try and confirm if they had sent the certificate or not. I had to plead my building staff to allow the pickup. Overall the experience left me with a very sour feeling and I hope you will address these issues in future.
