Very, very, very disorganised. I was never given an order number, which was asked of me every time I called to check on the status of my order. And I had to call many times as my order could not be found. Then the wrong tryck was sent and was too small to pick up my 5 mattresses (mistake in the dispatching). Then the truck showed up late...but eventually diid. Despite this, the staff on the phone stayed very pleasant and helpful, and pick-ip men were very efficient and diligent.
