The gentlemen who picked up my mattress as well as the dispatcher who called ahead to let me know they were on their way were all professional and courteous. It is so great to have a means of disposing of a mattress other than simply putting it out with the trash. My hope is that my old mattress will be deemed worthy of donation but if it is not, I'm glad to know it will be recycled rather than dumped in some landfill.
