The service was good and the employee was very friendly and nice. I just thought it was irresponsible of the employer to send one individual to pick up furniture that clearly needed to be handled by 2 people. I paid to have the furniture removed, not to assist in carrying it out because the employee couldn’t do it himself. I paid for this service because I have a bad back, but couldn’t let the employee do this alone. The employer really needs to be more considerate of their employees and realize that they are expecting customers to help move things they are paying good money to have removed.
