This service was very easy. Once they arrived they were in and out of my apartment within seconds. My only complaint is the fact that I had requested a pick-up time between 12pm-4pm. I received a call around 3:30pm informing me that they would not arrive till 4:30-5:30. You pay $10 more to have the set time frame, so I was a little disappointed. I also ran into an issue on their web page. I typed in my address, but it auto filled it in, so I corrected it. However, it autofilled the second time as well, which ended up being an issue when they came to retrieve my item, given that they were no where near where I live. Over all, I would recommend, but would probably do an early morning pickup time to avoid having the time moved on me again.
