The scheduling, payment and actual pickup and removal of my items went very well. My only problem was that I had the morning 8-12am window and the pickup did not occur until after 1pm, so I was waiting the entire time. The did call me about 11am to tell me they were going to be late. Other than that inconvenience, it was all worth it and I would recommend it.
