“Loved the online booking process and the people who took my mattress were efficient and professional. Unfortunately, they arrived two hours AFTER my scheduled appointment window. I understand that things happen - schedules get messed up and drivers cancel. All you had to do was call me and tell me that you were going to be late and this would have been a five star review.”

“The book online process was super easy and I received confirmation right away. I booked on a Sunday afternoon and was able to schedule for the next day. I realized I had made a typo on the house number and emailed the correction (it was Sunday and the phone lines were closed) and then followed up with a phone call the next morning. Great interaction and was assured that the correction would be made with the pickup crew. Here's where it got complicated. Monday afternoon I had a message that the drivers were at my home and would wait 15 minutes. I called back immediately to say the mattress and box spring were outside literally 5 feet from the front door and could be taken. I called at 5:30 when I realized they had not yet been removed and was told i'd get a call back shortly. No call back. I called again Tuesday morning and explained that the mattresses had not been picked up - the woman on the phone took my info and then called back in a few minutes to say I was back on the schedule. I again confirmed the address. A few hours later I got a call from the truck crew. They said they were at my house but didn't see the mattress and box spring. Turns out they were at the first, incorrect house number. After confirming the correct house number they made a successful pickup. Turned out to be more of a hassle than I would have expected but in the end glad to have the mattress and box spring gone!”

“People were on time. Truck driver had difficulty backing up truck. After multiple attempts hit the fence with her side view mirror breaking it. Luckily the fence was study and only sustained scratches.”

“Scheduled a mattress pick up between 4 and 8. Pick up arrived next day after noon. Was told many times that the truck would be arriving soon or that driver would call and provide an update shortly (and no one called).”

“I had a scheduled pick up for 4 items scheduled for 0800-1200 today, 28jun2017. Yesterday, the 27jun2017, the original person scheduled to pick up my stuff called and texted me to see if i would be available then, a day earlier. I was running errands as I am in the process of moving, so i said sure. i waited 2 1/2 hours, and called her back, straight to voice mail, and mailbox is full. Then i get a text saying they had to cancel, but would be here today as scheduled. Couldn`t even bother having the courtesy of calling or texting me. Today, I`m waiting, no show. Called the 877 #, the agent told me she would call me right back. Waited another 1 1/2, and called again. This time, the agent, Kayleen, said she couldn`t get a hold of the original person as well, and put me on hold trying to get someone else. I was placed on a brief hold, and she said that someone said they could be here by 330 pm. Thank goodness for Kayleen, and thank goodness for Monica, and her asssciate, who showed up before 330 pm, and went right to work. I waited a total of a total of 9hours in 2days, but they made up for it by taking something else off my hands. Very happy with the outcome. Thank you Kayleen, and thank you Monica and her associate from 360 Haul Inc.”

“Honestly this place overcharges like crazy. I needed a bed, box spring, and mattress taken away. I was told on the phone my bed is technically 3 pieces of furniture as it has a frame, headboard, and footboard. Cancelled my order, found a local company that takes it all away to a donation center for $75 flat fee and gives a specific pick up time instead of a window.”
