I had a scheduled pick up for 4 items scheduled for 0800-1200 today, 28jun2017. Yesterday, the 27jun2017, the original person scheduled to pick up my stuff called and texted me to see if i would be available then, a day earlier. I was running errands as I am in the process of moving, so i said sure. i waited 2 1/2 hours, and called her back, straight to voice mail, and mailbox is full. Then i get a text saying they had to cancel, but would be here today as scheduled. Couldn`t even bother having the courtesy of calling or texting me. Today, I`m waiting, no show. Called the 877 #, the agent told me she would call me right back. Waited another 1 1/2, and called again. This time, the agent, Kayleen, said she couldn`t get a hold of the original person as well, and put me on hold trying to get someone else. I was placed on a brief hold, and she said that someone said they could be here by 330 pm. Thank goodness for Kayleen, and thank goodness for Monica, and her asssciate, who showed up before 330 pm, and went right to work. I waited a total of a total of 9hours in 2days, but they made up for it by taking something else off my hands. Very happy with the outcome.
