The reason for not giving 5 stars is that, even though you gave a 4-hr window, the people still came late... I had a cleaning service and a locksmith coming on the same day both with a 2-hr window.. I understand that things can get busy for you, but a courtesy call to inform me of a delay would have been greatly appreciated.
Nevertheless, thanks for your service, and I hope to do business again with you in the near future.
