The service was quick and efficient which I appreciated. My only suggestion is to more clearly explain on your website what a "mattress set" includes. I requested a mattress set pickup assuming that meant the mattress and box spring with 2 additional items to be picked up as well. The person who confirmed the delivery time said that that was correct but when they arrived at my house, they were only expecting 3 items total. I explained my confusion about the word "set" implying it was 2 pieces so I 4 items total and that the gentleman I had spoke with confirmed it was fine so they took all 4 items. I will definitely recommend.
