Though my mattress was suppose to be picked up between 8:00am and noon , I understand the original truck broke down and the driver had to make other arrangements for his pickups. I was picked up shortly after 1:00 by a polite and pleasant team of two. They kindly picked my item up ASAP so I could head back to work. I appreciate that courtesy.
