I signed up for the $85.00 dollar mattress and box spring combo package. I paid for a king mattress and boxspring to be recycled. After pickup day I returned home to find one side of the king box spring still in my driveway. When I called they said a king box spring is considered 3 items?!? No, your website states it’s a combo package. Their solution...Send someone back over and Charge me for just 1 item this time. Uncool.
