Went online and placed my order for a mattress pickup, it was easy. Later that day, my schedule changed and I had to adjust the just-placed delivery order. Went back online and changed it instantly, amazingly easy. A friendly (un)delivery professional showed up exactly on time the next day, whisked my old double-pillow top king size mattress out of the house, and that was it.
