Despite a 4 hour pick-up window, the appoint occurred 90 minutes late. Only 1 mover arrived, so I had to help move the mattress down a flight of steps myself. Customer service has not been available the two times I've called to discuss a partial refund. Essentially, I paid $120 to wait 5.5 hours to move my own mattress. Save yourself some time and money -- rent a truck and call a friend.
