The two men who removed my mattress and elliptical machine were courteous, professional, and efficient. They called to let me know they were on their way, and they were finished in less than 10 minutes. My only complaint is that I had to pay extra for removing an elliptical machine, which isn't specified on the website, so it was more expensive than I originally anticipated.
